TBT on Safety Awareness.
Identification of Hazards at work location.

Safety in excavation by providing proper barricading.
Safe working with power tools & mobile equipment.
Housekeeping and inspection of work area.
Safety Guidelines for working on plant and machinery.
Caution boards displayed at work sites.
Providing First Aid equipment.
GOAL: Zero Incidents.
Daily PEP talks on safety measures and guidelines.
Appointing an exclusive safety officer.
Compulsory use of safety helmets, safety belts and safety shoes
Motivate workmen and subcontractors for ensuring safe working conditions.
Conducting on-site safety awareness programs.
Use of safety shoes, Glows and Goggles etc,
Proper laying of electrical wiring, cables & Electrical installation.
Proper scaffolding system with adequate cross bracing's.
Larders with hand rail.
Duties and responsibilities followed by HSE OFFICER
Leading team members and scheduling them as per client requirement.
Reporting Daily and Monthly Report to the Project and SHE Department.
Gathering site unsafe acts / Conditions in day to day activities from team members & advice concerned team to rectify the same to avoid personal injuries or property damage.
Analyzing the problems well before and taking preventive measures.
Conducting MASS TBT and monthly motivation programs for all project contractors.
Conducting Weekly meetings to the all contractor’s safety officers
Conducting HSE monthly meetings each zone wise for every month with contractor, in-charge and client regards site HSE issues, implementation of safe work practices.
Ensuring all contractors are maintaining CSM documents as per client requirement and conducting monthly Internal audits for all contractors.
Ensuring work site is prepared as per client standards by reaching site early and follow up contractors with the presence at site (if the preparation is not as per standards).
Manage the Contractor Safety Programs, which includes periodical training for all contractors, maintaining the approved contractor list and list of activities carried out.
Organize activity specific campaigns, competitions , events & other special emphasis programs to promote HSE in the workplace.
Bringing cultural transformation among workers is the fundamental concept what we believe in.
Carry out inspection of Work Areas, Power and tools, P&M etc. Provide information, instruction, training and supervision so that people working are competent to carry out their work.
Developing and Conducting Induction training to new entrants / employees (Site regulation of Fire, Health, Safety & Environment / Specialized Job Training).
Identifying the work place hazards and control measures with the help of Risk Assessment.
Preparing HSE calendar and ensuring all requirements are followed as per the schedule.
Preparing Job Safety Analysis(JSA), Method statements, Risk Assessments, Monthly key performance index.
Continuous monitoring of work site, and personally available in critical activities.
